• Weekly group ride (Sat + Wednesday), small up to 10 riders in group,
• Supervised rides and clinics with focus on multisport beginner to intermediate rider,
• For our 2009 membership, we offer discount of 15% off all merchandise (10% on bicycles),

• Seminars and “In Ride Coaching” on topics such as drafting, climbing, bike position, equipment, etc.

• A CSA approved cycling helmet (We can help with this!)

• A good quality racing bicycle (We’d like to help you with this too!!)
• A strong desire to be the best you can be
• We welcome everyone but it would help if you have at least a small amount of experience

• More longer rides in preparation for Official Century Ride (160km)

When: @ 9:00am on Saturdays,
           @ 6:30pm on Wednesdays

Where: Mother Teresa High School (Sunningdale Rd E) in North London
           Exceptions: Time Trials and the last Saturday in every month we will meet London Ski Club,
